Michalis Loizou
Partner
Michalis is a co-founder and partner at Domus Property.
Before co-founding Domus, Michalis was a Senior Manager in the real estate advisory team of Ernst & Young Cyprus. Before that Michalis worked in the real estate advisory team of PwC Cyprus. He also held various other roles in the real estate industry including valuation consultancy firms and financial institutions in Cyprus and UK.
Michalis holds a BSc(Hons) in Property Management and Investment and is a member of RICS in the pathway of valuations. Michalis also sits on the advisory board of RICS Cyprus.

George Kotsapas
Partner
George is a co-founder and partner at Domus Property. Before co-founding Domus, George was leading CY-REIT, the first and largest listed Real Estate Investment Trust in Cyprus. He was responsible for both the asset & property management, as well as the overall strategic direction of the fund, with more than €180mln AUM. Before that, George worked in the real estate advisory team of PwC Cyprus. He also holds experience in the real estate valuations sector, with a local consultancy firm. George holds a BSc(Hons) in Real Estate Finance, and is a member of RICS, in the pathway of valuations.
